Man, they probably did drop the ball with this game in a lot of areas, but this is objectively a right thing. Customization is so minor yet satisfying that it's hard to mess up and they sure didn't. Really hope they bring this back for Frontiers. Hell, I'll prob buy the game for this feature alone.

I feel like the Accessories, Boosts, and Rival Rush were the only advantages that Ultimate had over the OG and yet the OG is better. Now that the Steam port is out I'm gonna get the game and wait for the mods that will fix Ultimate. These are the mods that I want to see happen: - A Boost Aura like Unleashed and Generations, I didn't have too much of a problem with the trails but the mod would make the Boosting feel complete. Maybe we can get a Rainbow Boost like the DS had. - Swapping the Models and Maps with the OG. - Make Sonic's Homing Attack trail Blue instead of a rainbow. - Being able to swap the boss music with the OG versions, I heard you can't play the OGs when doing bosses.

As someone who's been advocating for customising Sonic for a while, I can't believe I'm saying this, but what a poor implementation. Most of these are ugly af. The boost is cool, but the excessive motion blur ruins it. They really couldn't have at least grabbed the Soap shoes from Forces and put it in here? Also, SHUT UP TAILS!
