For a bit of lore, Thomas Miller (Tom) is the one who was playing the game in the 2017 version creepypasta. This goes as follows: His friend Kyle sent him the game in the hopes that Tom would destroy it because the entity (Sonic.exe) was preventing him from doing so. If Tom had destroyed it like he was begged to without playing the game, he may have been able to save his friend and all the characters within it. However, he thought it was a prank so he played it, thus giving the entity power, and dooming them all. This is why the characters in the game this video shows are upset as to why Tom is playing it.

The wiki page is bare, for the sole reason that shortly after the 2017 version came out, there was a major controversy about the person who wrote it, and then after that a bunch of people associated with fan creations for the creepypasta also wound up with the same controversy. take for example the creator of the sonic.exe FNF mod.

A Personal favorite Sonic.Exe game of mine is "Sonic.Exe Spirits of Hell," and the game does have a good ending where Tails, Knuckles and Eggman survive! Aldo IIRC it's voice acted. Definitely recommend it to play on the channel!

Ryan liked my last story, so I'm gonna write a remake of it, about how the community of THE 8-BIT NATION tried to make him dance Lol, I love this one, also a quote to Ryan that I learnt the hard way - ‘ *If all else fails, grab the rubber ducky and bail yourself out* .’ - A wise man XD And without further ado, here is the story of how the 8-Bit Kingdom tried to make Ryan dance 💀 - *In the illustrious realm of the 8-Bit Nation, where the art of dance was revered above all else, ruled a King known as 8-Bit Ryan, affectionately known as Ryan by his people. His presence atop his throne often left the citizens longing for a glimpse of his joyful movements. They believed that if they could coax the King into dancing, his infectious enthusiasm would inspire joy throughout the kingdom, bringing about a harmonious celebration of movement and rhythm. Months before The Dance Extravaganza, the citizens of the 8-Bit Nation began preparations for the grand event. Streets were adorned with colorful banners and streamers, fluttering in the gentle breeze. Artisans crafted elaborate decorations, transforming the cityscape into a vibrant tapestry of colors and textures. Every corner of the realm was infused with an air of excitement and anticipation. In that moment, the crowd gasped in awe as 8-Bit Ryan's foot started slowly tapping against the ivory floor, until his head started to leisurely sway to the music, as his face became a bubbly and enigmatic canvas, painted by the people of the Nation, and so, with utmost cries and cheers of joy, the once stagnant and stern overlooker 8-Bit Ryan rose from his throne, his movements vigorous, yet admirable as he joined his subjects on the dance floor. Together, they swayed and twirled in perfect harmony, celebrating the joy of music and movement. And so, in the 8-Bit Nation, it was not the sophisticated inventions or elaborate performances that succeeded in making their King dance. It was the heartfelt expression of unity and creativity that touched his soul, proving that the power of dance could bring even the most steadfast ruler to his feet* . (Long comment warning) I don’t like gate keeping but I feel like if someone is going to play something like sonic or dragon ball or anything that has a massive fan base that’s multiple decades old they should probably learn a decent amount about the characters/franchise before they record themselves playing it. For example I saw a reaction video to the 2nd sonic movie a while ago and both the man and woman watching it knew pretty much nothing about the franchise or the characters and it was almost too unbearable to watch because of all the mistakes they were making one of them even thought that tails was a girl even though they make it pretty obvious that tails is a guy. But obviously people have to start their knowledge about things somewhere.

@@Destroyers007 (long comment warning) thats understandable but the problem is their are certain groups within fan bases that are just the worst people in existence sometimes and as an example of how seriously people take things I left a comment on a saitama(one punch man)vs sonic video and all I said was that saitama is basically unbeatable in a physical altercation and it turned into a 300/400 reply comment war and even though I would’ve of loved to side with sonic in that argument the problem was/is that saitama’s entire existence is basically a parody/joke about power scaling so he literally cannot lose unless he lets the other person win no matter how OP his opponent is. If you want Completed ones: - Sonic Exe One More Round, Good art and animations, simple gameplay and fun to complete.(Some secrets are in every stage, like other paths and stuff) - Sonic TSoH (The Spirits of Hell) series are good but hard to play sometimes, it has multiple endings. (The second game has a lot of endings) - Sonic Fear, I think there are like 3 games of this series, they are old so expect flashy jumpscares and high difficulty. If you dont mind incompleted demos you have: - MARIO '85, Its a 1 level famous EXE game, it appears in FnF (Friday Night Funkin') Mario Madness [I know its not a Sonic one, just here to say that good Mario.exe ones appear in the FnF Mod] - [CHILDHOOD] (Its a Sonic EXE), Childhood.cue does new things and is smooth as hell in animations, its a good demo. (And has a couple of secrets) I hope you like them, enjoy
