@Daniel Miller The English voice directors for the games are clearly not doing their job. When the VAs did their work for the Twitter Takeovers, it sounded natural. It didn't sound forced at all. The delivery was authentic. For the recent games though, it's the opposite. The lines sound forced, and at times it sounds like they didn't even rerecord and used the first result. "It's been Generations since I've seen you!"

@Daniel Miller Nice job assuming that I'm a weeb who bashes English dubs in games. Let me pull an example from Kingdom Hearts. Look up Riku's voice clips from Dream Drop. They sound beautiful. Now look up cutscenes with him from 3. Real Riku sounds really forced, slow, and unnatural. It's strange, when other Rikus in that game, who are voiced by the same exact person, sound so much better. Going back to Sonic, a lot of lines from the games nowadays sound like they're just reading lines from a script. The issue is mostly with Sonic though. The others sound fine. But the issue is only in the games though. In the Twitter Takeovers, in Boom (the TV show), and pretty much non-game stuff, Roger does a good job as Sonic. Clearly that must mean that something is up with the voice directors for the games, since Roger does fine in external media. You don't have to be a dub bashing weeb to acknowledge when something is not alright.

@Daniel Miller don't bash him. That dude is right. Roger's best performances as Sonic are the ones in which Sega's direction is not behind. In Japanese they have more passion for the characters, that probably has something to do with the fact that they've been voicing them since Adventure 1. Also in Japan they usually make some changes to the dialogues so they don't sound so absurdly childish and cringe

If i understand, this was before the patches. How were able to use a controller? I'm still trying to figure out why Switch Pro controller gets stuck in a movement bug lock and the only information I can figure out was a clash in graphic cards AMD and Nvidia. Also, how is anyone able to play the earlier versions anymore? I wanna break my records with the glitches. That was an exciting speedrun. It was very different (for some maps) than the speedruns I've seen so far.

Tons of recurring places, better classic sonic, and new stages too. Cryo Manne Speedrunning requires practicing for hundreds or thousands of hours. The avatar you get by button mashing is the same every time, so renting some random person's ludicrously dressed, colorful avatar makes practice less boring.

Only works to Metal & Infinite (3rd). If you fail the Double Boost (on purpose), they somehow run away MUCH slower. 'Cause of this, Failed Finisher Double Boost works faster than succeed one.
