This video shows off a new mod that allows you to transform into Super Sonic and Super Sonic 2 in real-time by pressing the d-pad in Sonic Frontiers PC Steam.
This mod is also compatible with other skins and the Emotes mod!

I really think they missed the oppertunity to make SuperSonic playable in the open zone or cyberspace (Super not cyber) because 1 The new cyberspace stages look really challenging so if you complete every mission and S rank every stage you should be able to do that (the same applies to mapping the island) 2 they already have a formula for a flying playable character (I'm talking about the cyclone)

Yeah but look these it would be boring On plataform you can't go fast because it will be too fast The normal bosses can't make you damage and you destroy them with one punch On cyberspaces levels is usless and even if you can transform is only too fly and go to the goal more faster and very easy Super Sonic is special when the history needs him

@@OMR3333 yeah, but when you’ve done all that already there’s nothing to do as him. Who is there left to defeat if everything is either already gone, or doesn’t stand a testament to your undefeatble power? I assure you flying around the islands would get boring as heck, it’s the same reason people enjoy the adventure games more than the boost. They get faster through skill and reflexes, giving you a dopamine rush and a self validation rush. Same with frontiers, you can use you knowledge of the game and the spin dash to cheese loads of sections, but if you’re just given the luxury of infinite flight, how will it ever be fun if you can do anything with a press of a button?

It should have been a feature in game after you do something special to have free roam super sonic, I can already think of some nice mechanics for it, jump plus boost and spin dash at the same time for transformation, when you want to fly jump three times and it has the same controls as the tornado mech tails has, except you don’t need to stop boosting to have it go away and you can just float, and when you want to move on the ground just double jump while in the air or touch the ground, and as usual you only need 50 rings to be able to transform

Super Sonic full potential is an cool addition unlike the DBZ series addition. Instead of just an power boost. Super Sonic master reflecting attacks including laser. With that he can counter attack easily making it overkill and not waste rings just attacking in Super Form.

Unfortunately it's stated by Master King that if he used Cyber Sonic at full strength, he'd lose both forms. And he does as he's fired out of Supreme's cannon. This is the only game we're going to see Super Sonic 2 and Cyber Sonic, because SEGA doesn't want to do the same thing Dragon Ball is doing by giving the characters so many stacked power ups.

It would be boring, the bosses can't do anything to you you only have to hit them one time and they blow Up The plataform don't exist And you can go for all the island in few seconds And if you can use that on cyberspace levels it would be boring to because you only have to fly and go the goal
