Q: What is a BTT?
A: BTT stands for Best Theoretical Time. It is what you get after combining everyone's fastest speedrun segment times together.
Q: Why are there two timers?
A: In-game time (IGT) is the sum of all the level times. Real time (RTA) is the real-life duration from start to finish, including loading and menuing.
Q: Why are homing attacks not used sometimes?
A: On a new file, the Homing Attack (for Classic Sonic) is only unlocked after Big Arm, and the Stomp is unlocked after Biolizard.
Q: Where are the tool-assisted speedruns?
A: While runs utilizing pre-recorded scripts are awesome, we want to keep the BTT authentic and human!
