Let's be real. The first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog came out in April 2019, but due to fan backlash, Paramount released a new trailer in November 2019 (when the movie was delayed from the former to February 2020) and the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was released at The Game Awards 2021 and that was in December. Maybe Paramount will release the trailer in August? Maybe Paramount will pull a "Spider-Man: No Way Home" on us

It is weird that we haven’t gotten any big trailers when the film is hitting theatres on December 20. Maybe the reason it’s taking so long is because they don’t want to give too many plot details away. Remember how the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 trailers gave away the Death Egg Robot and Eggman using the Master Emerald to obtain a super form?

I think people forget the first trailer for movie 2 was shown 4 months before the movie came out. It’s possible it will be the same for movie 3 where it won’t be shown till near late August 4 months away from late December. If that is the case I wonder if it could show up at gamescom. Anywho it will come eventually, just need patience’s.

The main thing that bugs me a bit is that I heard about a trailer at Cinemacon back in early April I think, but after that it's been nothing. That trailer was never shown to the general public, and I think it's been nearly 4 months since any new information has come out. I just think to myself, why would they release that trailer all that time ago, and then do nothing else? (Also I like the detail of adding Sonic's "Woo!" in place of Spongebob's)

Let's be honest. If Paramount actually released the Sonic 3 trailer at San Diego Comic-Con, the hype would have only been for a few hours because Marvel would have absorbed the hype later.

Finally,Team Sally, Mighty the armadillo & Ray the Flying Squirrel will be in Sonic Movie 3 because this is what I want it, & I know especially Shadow the Hedgehog, Amy Rose, Big the Cat, Maria & Gerald robotnik will be in Sonic Movie 3 too, but still.
