About Blaze not bothering advising Silver to reconsider killing Sonic: Blaze never actually knew what he was up to. She didn't witness them fighting in the past and she didn't see Mephiles' "Vision". So the only thing she knew was that Silver was hunting a "blue hedgehog". And since she probably couldn't believe that Sonic would attempt to destroy the world, she probably just thought it's be another blue hedgehog. there's a defeated villain from Sonic The Hedgehog 2 16-bit: Silver Sonic. he was a goofy-looking robot and yet he had to be jumped on multiple times, causing an explosion on him and resulting in his death. another defeated villain was Metal Sonic in Sonic CD: Sonic was running really fast and Metal Sonic couldnt keep up, resulting in his death when he was crushed by a metal door. there's an off-screen death from Sonic Adventure: as shown in a flashback, Chief Pachacamac was destroyed by Chaos, resulting in his death. another Sonic Adventure death is when Chaos turned to Perfect Chaos: when he did turn into perfect chaos, it flooded the city with water, and there was no land to swim to, which undoubtedly killed a large amount of the people living in the city due to not being able to be saved by Sonic and the others as they were busy fighting Chaos and resulted in the people drowning and dying. Sonic Rivals 2: Eggman Nega, trapped in firey dimension with legs stuck under rubble. most likely burned, starved, dehydrated, or all of the above. Sonic Generations: Metal Sonic, kicked into the air by Classic Sonic and exploded. Time Eater, destroyed when Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic smashed through his core Sonic Forces: Jackal Squad, destroyed by Shadow. No Nega is still alive, as he still makes multiple game appearances (mainly olympic game appearances and before you argue that they aren’t canon, he wouldn’t even be in them if he was dead)

If Eggman can survive literal gods and a super god slaying hedgehog on a daily basis, and Eggman Nega is meant to be him but a different dimension, what makes you think he can't survive a fiery dimension? It's never outright stated or confirmed that he died there, and again considering how we see him in the Olympics (even though he could've "easily" been replaced by any other sonic character if he was truly "dead" so don't give the non canon crap when even dead characters don't appear in non canon games) it's clear that he's still alive. Takashi Iizuka even confirmed that Silver and Eggman Nega live in the same future instead of Blaze's dimension which yes is a retcon, but shows he's still alive.
