I love how the first thing he does is frantically telling Silver to put him down and yelling and running for his best friend-! It warms my heart when characters show care and love for each other 🥺💖 It shows, like you said, how close they are, they're truly like brothers! ;w; Not to mention the VOICE ACTING IN THAT LINE MAKES IT SO MUCH BETTER IT'S SUCH A SHORT MOMENT BUT HE PUTS SO MUCH EMOTION! 😆 He sounds genuinely concerned, especially the 2nd time he yelled 'Tails?!' Imagine if Starline hadn't entered the picture; Metal Sonic, failing to find anything in any Eggman base, finally finds his creator in that village after who knows how much more time of searching... only, without Starline's mental "treatments", the man is no one else but Mr. Tinker, charitable handiman, and even the memory trigger of Metal Sonic is enough to bring back his old cruel and egomaniacal personality. At that point, either Metal Sonic's drive for battle and conquest leads him to leave behind his creator and prove himself against Sonic some other way... or his loyalty to Eggman translates into loyalty to Tinker. A brighter possibility opened by Sonic giving his metal double the chance to choose his next path... utterly spoiled by a presumptuous Eggman fanboy.

I can't help but imagine a scenario where, instead of just leaving him there in peace... they had told Mr. Tinker the truth. The full truth of his real identity, and the things he's done. And allow Mr. Tinker to come to his own conclusions about it all. I figure one of two things would happen: either his memories return and Eggman is back, but in circumstances controlled by Sonic & Crew, and in this case Tinker was never going to last, and Starline accelerated his return _at best._ Alternatively? Mr. Tinker becomes disgusted and _horrified_ by the truth of the things he's done, and is able to form his own thoughts and feelings that aren't born of his old personality and tendencies just bleeding through... strong enough that, when his memories DO return, the Mr. Tinker persona isn't swept away, but is able to stand firm, and choose _not_ to return to being Eggman, despite his memories returning. Because he still has those feelings of disgust and horror toward his old ways. His memories returning wouldn't erase that sense of revulsion. It wouldn't be guaranteed to work, but damn if it wouldn't be a battle worth fighting.

Holy shit. All of you at Adrenaline Dubs did a phenomenal job bringing the IDW comics to life! I know creating this in the first place wasn't easy at all, but just know that people really appreciate what you all are giving to the Sonic community. Thank you so much. Take as much time as you need. Never feel like you need to rush this.

Woah. I won't lie, it's been so long I almost forgot about the dub, BUT I'M SO GLAD KZbin RECOMMENDED IT AGAIN! You guys absolutely killed it! The deliveries are so good ("Whatever, get off my island", "yow!") and so is the timing and editing (like Chaotix's entrance). Others said it too but Starline sounds amazing. Best of luck with the next issues, I can't wait!

Fantastic all around and definitely worth the wait! I can't imagine the amount of work and patience that went into this, especially with current events like the pandemic, but I'm very pleased with what everyone put together here. The editing of the comic panels was fun to watch, the music choices were great (especially What I'm Made of), and the voice actors did a fantastic job reading off their lines and expressing the emotions greatly, especially the actor for Starline! Overall it was just great you were able to release this as awesome as it is and hope you take a break before starting on future dubs. In the meantime, I'll be watching the previous dubs so that I can watch this again! :)
