Honestly, Kirk Thornton has failed to impress me in any way. I can't hear Shadow from him, only the most generic broody anime guy voice, like he's recycling his Saix performance from KH. Can't think of a single memorable line out of this game. And Shadow is just so bland too aside from a few scenes. Gerald and especially Maria have to be the highlights of this game. But other than, I'm just so sick and tired of nostalgia rehashes, no matter how embellished.

Have to agree, he's trying too hard to sound like David Humphrey. I wasn't big on Jason Griffith's Sonic voice but he was good as Shadow. Everyone is saying this game is the best game in a long time but I felt like I was playing a butchered Generations with rushed Shadow DLC. The doom surf and morph skills were jank as fuck. Frontiers was a step in the right direction. This is a step backward.
