I have a Reptile Harrier S1100 that I have a love hate relationship. It was designed to be a twin pusher, but I shaved off the twin nacelles and powered it with a 1250kv 2216 SS. No need for added nose weight with 4s1p 27100, but they were shoved up to the very front. So many failed launches and a few stall spins. But the thing is so tough. I glued the wings and laminated it. Only the elevons failed so plan to try balsa ones. A Nano Goblin is thrilling me at the moment, but I will fly it again if nothing else gets in the way. Love your fine channel!

Twin motors are looking cool but I'm not a big fan of these, it's twice the prop troubles, for inferior performance overall. Also, the simpler, the less it fails I think :)

Oh man, that maiden crash was unfortunate. I like how you modded the wing and built it. Do you still fly it? Just got mine flying rather nice. Amazing flight times even with a lot of unnecessary weight in the nose. Greets, Mario Ps: you know how pheasants came to populate our region? Lazy hunters wanted easy to shoot targets ;)

Hey! I still have the plane, but to be honest it does not fly much. It flies great and all, but... I guess it does not shine in any particular way, it's just a good plane overall. I have more fun with the Dolphin and the Ranger T1, these two can cover it all. Actually, the AR Pro is about to donate its motor to a new plane, 3D printed clone of a Strix Goblin, soon ready :)

cette fois ça juste avec de la colle chaude mais c'est un peu limite, je ferais probablement une reprise avec de l'epoxy (araldite)

Mostly because I have about 2 millions of them 8x4.5 from the times I was flying 8" LOS acro quads :)

Bonjour Olivier, Top cette nouvelle video! Tu m'as déjà bien aidé pour ma 600 mini de chez SonicModell . Ne change rien et encore merci ! Enfin si, securise de nouveau ton module (R9M je pense...?) car effectivement ça fait désordre :-)) Je n'ai pu m'enpêcher d'éclater de rire ! Penses tu un jour le convertir express LRS ? ;-) Pour le CG, perso j'utilise du plomb plat de pêche à la plombée. Que je retaille ou non et fixé évidement avec l'incontournable pistolet colle chaude. idée. Bon vol ! Et vive les faisans... d'élevages... :-((

merci! Je ne prevois pas de passer à ELRS, je ne vole jamais bien loin en fait, pas eu de problème de portée avec ces R9MX depuis bien longtemps

Ils sont pas trop farouches les faisans par chez toi ;-) Elle a l'air sympa cette aile volante. En tout cas la conception permet de trouver une place pour chaque composant. Le décollage avait l'air facile. Mon formateur ne répétait toujours avant le décollage : "Tu as fais ta checklist de pré-vol ?" Pas col le module qui ne tient pas à la radio !

Dommage la cam qui se fait la malle... 😱 Une jolie aile mais comme souvent à charger lourdement à l'avant. Ils prennent souvent des GoPro en référence masse dans leurs conceptions...c'est dommage je trouve. L'émetteur qui se barre je croyais que ça n'arrivait qu'aux débutants... 🤣 Un bon lesson learnt pour le prochain coup... Du coup c'est pas le tail heavy qui t'a fait crash mais la perte émetteur... 👍

@@Olivier-C she has to fly really heavy to cg and she will tip stall on you hard core. Launch’s are also interesting as there is nothing to hold onto like the ar900 did, this can be fixed though by 3D printing some landing skids.

@@REDROBRCFPV Thats weird, I made several flights line of sight (more than usual, I like flying this plane LOS actually), and could slow it down quite a lot. I'm even considering attempting a hand catch once it's well tuned, nothing can go wrong, right ? :)
