I enjoy these battle reports and I love AoS, but man I would love to see different armies. Seems like it's the same six armies and then others never show up, such as kharadron overlords or beast of chaos.

I LOVE their battle reports, but every time I see its giants I just skip to the end to see how thoroughly the giants won. I think they've won the last three or four Mini Wargaming battle reports I've seen them in. They just...kill...man. If I'm overgeneralizing, forgive me. I don't watch all of their stuff. But...boy do they seem to pick up models.

Luka, you forgot for the 1st turn that in battleshock phase you also add contagion! Not only by attacks Btw glorious battlereport! Very enjoyed it!

I believe you're mistaken, it's at the end of the movement and end of the combat phase + 6s to hit with attacks. You just roll for how much dmg the disease does and reset the disease markers at the start of the battleshock. " At the end of the movement phase and at the end of the combat phase, give 1 disease point to each enemy unit that is within 3" of any friendly MAGGOTKIN OF NURGLE units." Edit: You also get contagion points (referred to as ‘CPs’ in the Maggotkin rules), but you only gain them at the start of your hero phase. CPs are used exclusively for summoning.

I went ahead and checked the armies that were played in the past 20 free battle reports because I saw @phoenix comment and he does bring up a valid point. I don’t think blightkings can be galletian veterans. Units in that have to be 4 wounds or less. Or am I wrong?

You don't have to give them their champion, keeping them all at 4 wounds

There was a clarification from GW that they can be Galletian Veterans even with a 5 wounds champion. Can't realy find it, but it was def. there. Seems they already updated some FAQ for the new generals handbook..

Pretty sure it's based on the wounds characteristic, which is still 4, even if the champion gets a +1

It looks like the old Plague Lord from Mantic games as the base, with a Chaos Spawn head. It's had the wings and weapon added as well, but I'm not sure where the bits are from.

I am new to the game and have been building Maggot Kin. How do you bring a daemon prince? It is not in the book anywhere.

Daemon prince was taken as a Coalition unit from Slaves to Darkness. (note that there is a difference between Coalition and Ally units)

SOB are mt favourite army, but they are just garbage now. New battletome wasn't great and now the last and current GHB just make them worse. Which makes me so sad :(

The giants should have terrible tactics. They're basically unstoppable and stupid. They win without them like every time. No army would stand a chance if the giants had good tactics.
