Had an event in San Antonio a couple of years ago and made a point to check out the local gun shops. Stopped by The Sons of Liberty to check out what was available. They were super nice. I let them know that I was from California and couldn’t purchase anything as to not waste their time from customers. They couldn’t care less. They started pulling AR’s from the back showing me a bunch of different builds, custom jobs Etc. SUPER nice people. My buddy and I couldn’t leave without buying something so we bought some hats and shirts that I still wear today. ‘IF’ some of lawsuits in CA pass and we restore some of our rights I would absolutely purchase from them. Very cool shop.

We love our Sons Of Liberty Gun Works carbines! Their armorers and staff shoot and test their guns in our classes all the time. It's refreshing to see manufactures that actually shoot their guns and encourage their employees to shot.

I like SOLGW and I think they make nice stuff, but for the prices they charge for complete rifles, I’d expect a cold hammer forged barrel. Ballistic advantage barrels are good, but they’re also less than $150. Their warranty is fantastic, true, but charging BCM/DD prices for these guns just doesn’t make sense

@@hikeskool I mean, even though both have kinda jacked up their prices since covid, I’d say both BCM and Daniel defense are better. Granted, while the only thing I don’t like about SOLGW is their barrels, the barrel is such an important component, and they’re competing with companies that are putting 300+ dollar barrels in their guns for the same prices they’re charging for rifles with 100-150 dollar BA barrels. BA barrels are probably the best bang for the buck out there, they’re 1MOA guaranteed and the Hanson profile is great. However, they’re inexpensive, not chrome lined and not cold hammer forged, and they won’t last near as long as barrels that are. I have a SOLGW bcg and love the fact that I’d it ever breaks, I can send it back and they’ll repair or replace it, no questions asked. If you’re looking for a turnkey rifle, I’d say go with a BCM, especially since, right now at least, they’re offering a BCG at no additional charge I’d you buy one of their uppers. If you’re willing to build your own, don’t shy away from SOLGW parts, but I’d say you should source a better barrel if you’re planning on paying 1500 or more.

Their OEM is Zev/Mega Arms so the quality is def there on their receivers and handguards.

Don't they use rosco barrels? Thats how they can afford lifetime warranty. Rosco barrels, magpul k2 grips and SL stock. A $800 gun for $1700...of course they can replace guns easily. Three stakings on the castle nut....big whoop.

To whom it may concern: If KZbin continues to remove, and threaten to remove gun content. I will quit using KZbin. (You can stop blaming your advertisers, That doesn't even make sense. I assume your advertisers choose the content they want to advertise on, or don't wish to advertise on. At the very least an algorithm determines what audience would best fits their product. They do not have to advertise on gun content if they do not wish to.) I get it, you don't like guns, but millions of us do. You regularly give strikes to gun channels for the same things that you allow others to post in movies. I'm sure I could find a movie, that is posted on KZbin, in which a character adds a suppressor (silencer) to his weapon, or fires a machine gun. You have given strikes to gun content creators for this exact same thing. That is hypocritical behavior. You are willing to make money on advertising with these videos, and they regularly not only promote and depict the dangerous, improper, and unsafe use of firearms but they also depict the killing of people regularly. Those that make gun content regularly teach, and demonstrate the proper use of firearms, as well as promote the safe handling of firearms. Your "rules" should promote safety and allow the spread of knowledge that helps to make the people, who do handle firearms, more safe. Instead of denying people that knowledge, and in doing so promoting the unsafe, and dangerous use of firearms. You need to fix this problem. If do not, then you will lose a lot of content creators, and at the very least, this regular viewer. Yes, I'm only one person, but I represent millions of your viewers, who feel the same way. When you force gun content creators to a different platform, we will go with them. Remember, we are your product. Without us, your advertisers have no reason to pay for time on your platform. Perhaps you should take care of your product, and those we are here to see.
