Yeah Endnight is definitely doing something big. Given the stuff thats been added to the game secretly (like that weird version of Hey You that Simmelsau found) the next chapter of the game is surely coming. However, given the ending, we may end up having to fight Timmy to purge the distorted shadows from his body once and for all.

I noticed several patterns, the developers of the game closely connect everything with religion and also with Spain. Spanish colonizers in the first part, a Spanish police helicopter in the second part. Why are they so tied to this? And also I'm interested in your opinion about the military that saves us, a Spanish helicopter, but no suits, crosses are drawn on the bulletproof vests. Could this be what seems to be the current resistance to the forces of evil? Or the sons of the sun of our time?

you know what would be cool say they did some updates to add boats and etc, but maybe they are secretly working on an expansion pack for sons of the forest?? I'd so up for that... They added to map or added another Island near the main Island with more content.

They've beeb working a lot last month and also added a secondary beta testing which could mean something is on the horizon. We hope we'll hear news at the State Of Play for a console release or in December at most

I’m not gonna lie I really love the forest and sons of the forest, but I just really wish it wasn’t about religion I mean, I understand that it’s their game, but they’re just taking it too far with all this religion stuff. It really ruins the game for me and anything other than that asides that I love how the game has hunting and survival crafting and building and weather in day cycles but all the religious stuff to may just have to go with the crosses and all that like I just don’t dig that but then again that’s just my opinion
