We are thinking about buying the a7C II + Sony 16-35mm!

As I know, the minimum recommended shutter speed its 1/100 for active stab

That really doesn’t apply for video footage. Shutter speeds should be 180deg your FPS. So 24fps is 1/48th. 30fps is 1/60th. This allows for the most natural motion blur. Has nothing to do with stabilizing the footage. For photography however it is recommended to double the focal length but that is less of a rule now due to the increased technology in sensor stabilization.

@@JoeDAgostinoPhoto try first :) activ stab using electronic stab, and for electronic stab 1/100 is minimum ^^ I tested it on zv-e10, gopro ect

Even at slow walking speeds, stabilization doesn't look nearly as good as ZV-E1. Heck, my A7RV footage looks smoother. Are you sure you had everything set up properly?

Yes. Although like I said I do not think the 20mm is optically stabilized to add to the bodies stabilization.
