You really shouldnt buy these types of cameras if youre not making money using them. 24mp is probably good for 99% of non-professional folks.

Good video. I think it is important to note how much more responsive the A7RV is compared to the A7RIV. There are times where I'm shooting an event or need to make an adjustment to settings and cant until the bugger is cleared out (A7RIV). On the A7RV, it is so responsive. Being able to shoot, let the buffer clear out AND make changes for the next set of photos is a significant workflow improvement. The fully functional touch screen on the A7RV is another nice improvement when navigating the autofocus in both stills and video. The menu settings is still a crazy path down the rabbit hole but it is much improved on the A7RV. Love the new home screen where you can quickly get to your settings and make changes. Yes, I did get the A7RV and am very happy with this updated version.

Thank you young man that was good information. You basically implied that why bother with including higher resolution recording in 8k if it is useless and why include 4k if it’s just ok. The6 should make a TRULY DEDICATED line of cameras just for photography. I’m not saying no frills … I’m saying yes frills but just ones that pertain to photography

It's a nice camera, but it seems like an enhanced R4, which isn't bad at all, but if they had included the 4k 120 and a little bit higher FPS, I might have jumped on this. I think maybe I will wait. Good video.

A7r5 is certainly a good camera... But not enough to switch from other high MP camera
