There are grip extenders that add .6mm to the grip. I’m buying the RRS extender. Besides the .6 extension the bottom is an arca-Swiss plate. That plate includes a quick release connection. RRS sells a matching QD snap swivel to which I can snap my Black Rapid strap carabiner. This could be the perfect solution. Use my strap and then with one button press snap the arca-Swiss into an arca-Swiss tripod clamp. Solves multiple issues with one elegant solution.

I know you might be like your thing to looks good and unique as your own if put with other people camera together but is there any other reason you skin camera? I don't see often people do that and I love goodd product design too and I like the decoration! My favorite color is Yellow, do. You think it is danger if I use a Yellow color strap and any recommendation? Is there a way to change the menu selection from orange to yellow and also the focus color? Sony Xperia 1 V can change the focus square or focus area to yellow color and other available colors too.

You can change focus peaking color at least but menus nope. I mean just pick what color on the skin that looks best for you. I put a skin on my cam so it’s better protected

i had the A7RV, return it since video is a bit limited. Got the A7S3 but i do miss the advance AF of the RV

It is more limited than the SIII for sure i terms of Image quality but in features i feel like you still have a lot of features in the RV

Haha I actually have a video on why I hate the R5C and rerurned it 😛 I mean sure you could do documentary work with both but for that I would rig the camera out anyway. Sony def gives you more bang for buck in their cameras tho. R5C Also has so many more video features but yeah did not like that camera.

I am debating between Canon EOS R5 and Sony A7RV. I think the Sony wins due to more advanced tech, the flip out screen, more interoperability with lenses… it feels more future proof.

A7iii/A7iV are the best hybrids tbh. The a7Rv has terrible video quality. Also buying a camera just to shoot in crop mode is absurd.

A7IV is cropped in at 4k 60 even more tho. I mean it’s not a video first camera but the quality is not terrible at all and my clients love the quality

8k isn't good but everything else is good. Plus you have all the other features that the iii and IV dont have.

Really really outdated camera. Nearly prehistoric
