Im doing everything your saying and some videos im able to download but not every video? Do u know why this is? When i open it it says mpeg-4 and cant view or download the videos especially if its shot today!

Please check the following: 1. Verify that you have enough space on your phone (atleast twice as much as the file that you are trying to download). 2. Verify the time on your phone and the camera, do ensure they correct. 3. Check if you can view these files on a different device/computer, that way we can isolate if the issue is with the file or the device.
