Great vid as always man. But about those graphics, I think w/ ND delivering so many great games people forget how TALENTED Santa Monica Studios are. Even today GoW3 (a 2010 game) rivals TLOU in terms of visuals. Those guys are wizards in their own way.

you bring up an excellent point about release dates. Sony seems to know how to market hype. i own both an Xbox One & PS4, PS4 mainly for exclusives, but overall I don't have many games for it, and most of the games are also on Xbox One, and I can attach external HDDs to Xbox One...the few games I have on PS4, have already used up a ton of space. no mention of the progress of Final Fantasy 7 at the conference...and what Gamer speculated about, what is God of War running on, is also a good observation. but speculation at this point. I like the perspectives he brought up in this video. good shit.

The whole now in development should be how it is going forward. No release dates until you have a set day in stone. Until the game is done or close too. Then we move away from multiple delays being announced.

The announcements early on are for the investors in the industry. That's why long time ago E3 was mainly and specifically always about stats, hardware products, and partnerships. Now trying to be consumer friendly and at least showing software products ahead of time will still at least give investors a glimpse and a chance to invest into the companies for Sony and the companies under Sony.

Nier Automata // Nioh // Horizon Zero Dawn are releasing for sure in early 2017 (1st quarter) Detroit Become Human seems to point for a 2nd quarter 2017 release. God of War and Days Gone are two BIG games, I don't think they'll release them during the same year 2017.
