Hi! Thanks for sharing, great shots! Could you please give more info on Technical Recording setting you have used in Camera? And what was the lens please? Is your camera has 4:4:4 RGB upgrade?

Thank you! Yes, it has the 444 upgrade - I guess I got lucky as I didn't realize this until after I purchased it. The seller didn't even mention the upgrade. The menu settings are very confusing and I feel I get locked out of certain functions sometimes with different combinations (White Balance, Picture Profiles, EI/ISO). I don't change any settings really. I try to keep a close enough white balance (indoor vs outdoor), a 180-degree shutter at all times, and whenever possible not crank up the gain/ISO. I set the camera to 59.94i SDI 3G 422 output and use 1 SDI cable from port A going to the Atomos Recorder which gives me a 59.94p image which I then change to 24p in Resolve. I'm borrowing the Atomos from a friend until I get a 5" 3G SDI BMD Video Assist of my own. I highly recommend an external recorder for ProResHQ 422 files. The files from the internal recorder are okay, but difficult to color-grade with and aren't as sharp. I hope this info helps a bit!

...oh yeah, the indoor shots were with a 50mm f1.2 Nikkor which you can see is very bloomy wide open (I like a bit of Nikkor bloom). The driving shots were a 28mm f2 Nikkor; not as bloomy.

Great. Excited to get mine. But looks like it wasn’t de squeezed properly. Too squashed

Yeah, I usually stretch my footage vertically by 4 or 5% to give it that old-timey CinemaScope look, but only when using the CineMorph Anamorphic-Looks filters.

hi do you know if there is any way to get 60p on an F3 without 444 upgrade?
