Yes I played Deteoit Become Human alot. To be honest I’ve always said the design of the PS5 came straight out of that game. Quantic Dream though are currently working on a Star Wars game (Star Wars Eclipse) It’s quite possible we could see more of that along with some sort of PlayStation exclusivity somewhere.

Usually I keep my expectations low with these showcases especially for the last five years but the fact that its going to last an hour I'd expect an above average showcase at the least. Considering what potential is there to show, not hearing from certain devs for a few years and also remake rumours for the longest time I'm hoping for one or two surprises, some gameplay and maybe a nod release date/window thrown in.

Sony dropping their nuts on the table as per. Although i don't expect any crazy announcements but it'll be the usual, decent teasers. I think the only thing they may aim to do big is the Spiderman stuff since they haven't shown gameplay for that yet, but I could also see them doing a separate showcase for Spiderman like they did for some of the recent releases where it's just a small gameplay focused display. Although I'm hyped as per 🙏🏿

Bet it will be like in 2020 and Sony will have a split showcase. They will show big things and lots of games now (like Spiderman, Factions, maybe an Uncharted 5 or a new IP from Jade Reymond's Haven Studios), and keep up their sleeve 2 or 3 big announcements, for a shorter showcase in September (like a Wolverine trailer, Death Stranding 2 gameplay, the MGS3 remake and a teaser for Ghost of Tsushima 2). If I remember correctly September 2020 was when they opened with FF16, the announcement trailer for Hogwarts Legacy, exclusive gameplay for CoD and closed on a teaser for GoW Ragnarök.

True, since you do have a high end pc there is no need for the XSX then, in my case I’m only a console user (with a decent laptop) and XSX is where I play 70% of the time 20% Nintendo and 10% PS5 (really only got it for the gf) and yeah I’m excited for all 3 companies to do their best. I guess I’m just annoyed about all the Xbox hate as of recent because of RedFall being a fail. Don’t count Xbox out yet is all I’ll say.

I doubt Detroit Become Human is getting a sequel anytime soon. Quantic Dream is currently working on Star Wars Eclipse. And that apparently won't come out until around 2027 or 2028 since the studio has had issues hiring staff.
