SONY M-570V/M-575V MICRO CASSETTE RECORDER (CORDER) NO PLAYBACK AUDIO

In this video I take a quick look at a little Sony M-570V Micro Cassette Tape Recorder (Corder) I quickly determine that the record play switch just needs a cleaning with Deoxit D5. A very simple and quick repair. Here is a PDF of the operating manual docs.sony.com/release/M470-47...

Hi! Liked your repair video. But everybody don't do it yourself. He makes it look easy but VERY TINY SCREWS are very difficult to put back in place. Usually over an hour to do it because they always don't align easily to put back and usually fall into machine as you try. Another thing. Tape head has to be demagnatised. That is why he still has a small hiss after recording. Demagnatizers used to be sold in Radio Shack and were good in All Tape Recorders. I don't know where you can get one today. Also Clean Tape head. That's it. Have a Great day. Eddy

@ NorCal715 Hi. I've a denon avr 716 with no sound. I followed your vid on the avr 788. The output transistors are fine and am getting 51-52v on the collector but no voltage on the emitters.What might be causing it?The 15v regulators and the 5v reg are fine. Just missing the 24v on the output emitters. Can you please help?

Jessica Bouma I have about 4-5 voice recorders that's broke and what to get the files I want to be able to hear the @t know how a pc gets broke and you have things on a pc but you need whatever that's on it. It's the same way I want whats on my recorders.If I can send the broke recorders to a company that can get the files off of it and put it on something to where I can hear it and make copies ??

Record it in audacity and the you can adjust the speed in the audacity program.

Check for the record protect tab on the top of the tape . If it is knocked off you cant record.
