Thanks for watching. I never finished a review of it (sorry KZbin) but I mostly am in love with this camera. It just has a couple quirks but overall a solid cam.

I'm sorry I didn't get to shoot a review but I just updated the description with how I felt about it. I no longer have access to this camera. I mostly shot with it outside where it shines. If you need low light performance you should probably look elsewhere. But with lights in a studio shooting a video podcast it was fine.

I know I've got to get to shooting the review. Other than a couple button functions that are annoying, this camera rocks. Happy with the video quality and the 4k 100mpbs video files aren't too horribly large. Thumbs up from me.

Could you tell me something about the focus peaking and zebra for overexposed zones? Does it work nicely and is easily reachable for activation and deactivation? I'm really looking foreward for focus peaking, I'm coming from a DSLR and it would be very usefull for single-person steadicam operation to see on the LCD if the correct objects are in focus.

Sorry for late reply. I'm from DSLR land too, but have had Peaking and Zebras with my Zacuto EVF. Both work great on the Z150. Plus you get face tracking.

Sorry for late reply. Coming from a DSLR I quite like the image quality. I'm usually shooting 4k, 100mbps. I don't own or know the other Sonys you mentioned, I'm a DSLR shooter. I just added some pros and cons to the description.

Hi Damian, I have ordered the camera and will take delivery of it tomorrow. Then I'll shoot two weddings with it this coming weekend. Can you let me know if there is anything I should be on the lookout for when using it? The last two camera were the EX1 and more recently PMW-150 (3 year old camera now). I am wondering about the best way to control the exposure. What setting would be best for the shutter etc. all advice welcome. Thanks

where is the focus Auto/Manual / One push Auto Button?

+Julia Digital Creations The FOCUS Auto/Main button is just to the right of the ND filter switch. Left side of panel. Pushing the Full Auto button (bottom right) disengages the IRIS Auto/Man button but does not effect the FOCUS Auto/Man. You would think "Full Auto" would really be full auto, focus included.

Thank you I saw that later really I was looking the switch for Auto/Manual/infinity. then one push Auto focus. Similar to Nex-50UH model. This is look like Ax-100 on a pro-style body.

Would anyone recommend this for shooting music videos? Is dslr preferred over this?

Marcus Davis this is a great 4K camera. You won't get the narrow depth of field a DSLR with a prime can give but if medium depth of field is ok I don't see why this wouldn't work. The only major flaw is that in auto focus it does hunt background focus some, so I'd recommend manual focus with peaking on.
