Thank you for this! I had the exact same problem. PSU failed, unable to check the voltage, and been searching for an answer for quite a while. This seems to be a very common problem for these units, an inevitable fault it seems. Which is a shame, like you said they perform exceedingly well.

I think the PSU is faulty on mine. There is no spec on the PSU, but there's a sticker in the unit itself which states AC230V ~ 50Hz 15W. What spec of PSU shall I get?
