I can see there's a lot of empty space in the battery compartment. I'm wondering if Sony could fit a larger capacity battery.

I believe the type c port on mine is loose since I stops charging like the cable on it has a broken wire, so I'm probably going to have to completely tear it down to get a look at it :/

I wish there were detailed photos of the board available... This speaker is a rare model because it has real stereo sound (but you have to turn it on in Sony app). Most speakers on the market are mono, even if they have two drivers, and you have to buy two of them to have stereo. But unfortunately, XB23 does not have line-in (aux) input, so I was looking for teardowns to figure out how difficult it would be to solder wires to the amplifier input. It's difficult to understand it without a schematic or detailed mainboard images.

USB-C там только для заряда. Я сам хотел эту колонку, так как она одна из редких со стерео звуком (и то его надо специально включить через аппликацию), но мне нужен вход с провода. Думаю, может получится где нибудь припояться, но по видео не ясно - нужны картинки лучшего качества или схема, чтобы понять, как легко добраться до аудио входа.

thanks, so it is just one cell bettery? 3.62v 2700mah??? what is it it looks bigger than 18650. can i put 2 18650 in there ?

As long as you can make it fit in there then you can put as many 18650 batteries in there in parallel

@@HBV90 i just took mine apart, so the facotry is just one 18650 battery with 2700mah, which isnt bad at all for the cell. but not enough for the whole unit. and i cut the white plastic to make room for more cells, i can fit 3 18650 now. I will finish it up during this weekend, coz my spot welder is just too weak, need a better one.

И аккумулятор китайский. В принципе если менять потом, наверное крышку можно выкинуть и 2 вставить и приклеить примотать.

It's a disappointment, she got such a small battery ... They started playing sports, just not where they should be. The SRS XB20 still received a 2X18650 cell,

Bruuh it's decent battery life, u see harman kardon onyx studio only 1×18650 cell in such a beast 80w
