I have a 2014 wrangler and have the fronts wired to the back and have the alpine factory amp. But I still have zero sound coming from the unit. Any idea why that is ?

Where did you hook in your red backup camera wire?

You can tie it to the red wire from the harness and you’ll have power going to the camera while the Jeep is running. That’s what I was going to do but since the cheap camera I got would get hot that way, I ultimately tied into the reverse wire from the back taillights. This way will lose your ability to turn on your camera whenever you want. It will only come on when you reverse.

Thank you for the video. I will be using the same PAC as well as an after market radio (ATOTO). My question to you is about the AMP. Is the factory AMP in the jeep for just the sub or also the other speakers? The reason I'm asking is that I am thinking about bypassing the AMP in the jeep simply because I don't use the stock SUB. I have my own after-market SUB and AMP installed separately

I believe you need to add your own amp if you’re bypassing the factory amp. Might be a module involved as well.

Thanks for making this. Exactly the video i needed. Do you think this would work with quadratecs plug and play installation kit for the ax5000? Im not sure if the ports are the same or not.

I have no experience with the quadratecs or the ax5000. However, I do believe the harnesses for the entire AX line of radios are the same. I’m 95% sure.

I have an 09 wrangler and since I hooked this shit up I have no sound in front speakers. I've read hook them up to rear and I've read since I have no factory amplifier not to hook up blue wire???

I believe you hook up the 4 pairs of speaker wires normally if you don’t have a factory amp.
