I've got my Xperia S 1 month allready, it's an amazing phone, every time I touch the phone, I feel the smoothness and the stylishness, it's just awesome I recommend it to all of you. You can do everything with it and it's the most specificated phone on the market, price-quality,.. Much to say, but I found 1 word to explain it all! BUY!

@zeoxzy it is not unresponsive as most people pressed on the glowing icon, they should press the small glowing dot above the glowing icon....it is why they said it is unresponsive...because they pressed the wrong thing...

Yes there is an equliser which supports both the inbuilt speaker and hands-free

Sony actually got the logo when they bought the shares from Ericsson, so the logo is there to stay and will appear on future Sony cellphones in the future as well.

@vladlazlo from photographs I've seen online, the camera on this is clearly better than the 4s and has quite stunning low light video capabilities. But here's an odd titbit; the camera modules the 4s was not made by Apple,... it was made by Sony. It is, in fact, a backlit version on the camera in the Xperia Arc. Not that Apple would tell you that.

Yeah amazing..The thing is that why are they still giving you the same old pictures and videos? You will actually think that the pictures,that came with the phone were taken with the phone(pics) but if you think about it, you get the same ones in your 2-3 year old Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.It might actually sound stupid to think about it, but it would be nice if they provide pictures and videos recorded with the same device, but no, you get the same old stuff.

Just picked mine up today, it got different headphones from yours mate (live in the UK if that changes anything) I got volume controls, standard play/pause/answer call button and a shortcut button too which i thought track id would be nice since it is the headphones P.S. accessories are not enemies O.O leave them alone! xD

I am looking forward to getting this phone its been hard deciding between the one X but I was just wondering if I updated the phone through pc companion rather than rooting it to ICS. Does this create any negative impacts on the phone or would I be better of keeping the stock system already installed ?.

@Durak87 I have a Galaxy note recieved it a week ago. Its a magnificent device, gorgeous display and uber fast processor. The 5.3 inch screen is its biggest advantage and disadvantage. Im thinking of returning mine to get a Sony S or galaxy nexus. Also I upgraded from a galaxy s2 which had little to no lag at all when browsing through the interface, but the note is quite laggy at times I think its unbearable hence why im going to return it.

This phone is probably technologically more advanced, but I like the design of the previous generation (From SE) better with the Xperia Ray and Xperia Arc (S)

Look closely and you'll notice the pictures printed on the protector, so it's not useable. There is a separate protector in some packages wich you can apply afterwords.

download tubem8 from google play and that will let you download youtube videos if its not there try the web and you will definitely find it but it should be in google play still
