That was the whole reason Harry Corbett got a OBE because Her Majesty's children and herself loved Sooty. It wasn't really mistake lol he would of got one anyway lol Sooty got one too.

I love that!!! And I loved Sooty back in the day!!!! It's true that I never got to see Harry. Unfortunately. I'm sure he was GREAT!!! I know Matthew was really GREAT!!!! Fun, funny, great in front of the camera, talented, he really cared for Sooty, Sweep and Soo!!! That was my era!!! Loooooved Sooty with Matthew!!!!!!!!!! Richard Cadell just doesn't measure up in my opinion. Richard and Sooty are not a good match I don't think. No rapport. Matthew was keeping it in the family that's true!! And it's always brill when that sort of thing happens. But beyond that - Richard's just not the same/not very good I don't think. :(

If 'King' Charles and Sooty grew up together, shouldn't Sooty also have a place on the throne? Wouldn't that be something [King Sooty] Maybe he'd be able to sort out the mess that our so-called “Great!” Britain is in, he could sack all those useless mp's for a start…! Ooh!
