Hello, thanks for all you do. In the course of my preparation to submit my application, I came across this video and followed it till the end. Thereafter, I applied all the sections covered and developed my own SOP. To cut the long story short, my study permit visa was approved in 9 days. My parents are pastors and they are my sponsors, how do I demonstrate that my next year's living expenses and tuition fee will be paid by them. Thank you for this video, please you indicated that when you’re overseas, you have to use your homeland address to avoid refusal. So how will you do your biometrics and medicals if you are asked to since you used your homeland address and you’re overseas.

You mentioned it’s better to not mention that our country of residence is the country we submit our application. But there are section asking for our status in the country of residence as workers, can we declare that we just work here overseas temporarily but our country of residence is our hometown even after many years living abroad?

Highly insightful, however, what happens when you live in a foreign country for up to four years and you have a job that grants you a study leave? Can one use the job and family who lives with him in the country as a tie? Because if one lives in Finland and submits the application in Finland how can he use Africa alone as a home tie?

Son Sh, I’m sorry to hear about your SP refusal.. I suggest that you first request for GCMS notes so you will know the exact reason of your refusal.. then upon receiving the GCMS notes, please draft your LOE addressing the reason of your refusal and incorporate all the information I shared in this video. How To? Thank you so much! Well In fact I didn’t asked for GCMS notes. You think I will not make it this time without those notes ? The reason for my Sp refusal was because they didn’t were satisfied that I will be back at my home country . I think that Coronavirus also had an impact in this refusal too. A lot of my friends were refused for the same reason.

@@sonsh1073, may I ask when is your school intake, is it for January 2021? It is always a risk to reapply without first knowing the notes written by the Visa Officer who reviewed your SP application. Some applicants reapply just by editing their Letter of Explanation or Statement of Purpose even without requesting for GCMS. Personally, I do not advise doing this, but it is all up to you. You may rewrite your letter explaining more of your purpose of visit, why do you want to study in Canada, your future plans after study, employment prospects in your home country and your home ties. How To? Yes for January 2021. Thank you for your advice I really appreciate it. But for example one point of my refusal letter was “I am not satisfied that you will be back at your home country based on your travel history” this is nonsense. I have always travelled Europe just for 5 days max and I have always been back at my country. I have always been a regular citizen, obeying the rules. May I ask What do you think about this?

@@sonsh1073 please try to check Section 12-Travel History of my video.. you can address this refusal by listing all the countries you have visited.. mention that you didn’t overstay and you followed their immigration laws.. provide supporting documents of your travels.. Goodluck
