Sweet potatoes are better than normal potatoes. They contain less carbs and are better for dieting.

My favourite way to eat sweet potato's is to bake them in the microwave and add a filling for lunch, cheese, mayo, sweetcorn or beans and serve with salad, and sprinkle pepper of chilli. For decor I like browsing magazine but also inspo from Architecture Digest on You Tube and some other "inside my home" type videos. I really like Bunny Williams home in Connecticut which I had heard of before.

If you enjoy sweet potato fries, try them with a Sriracha mayo sauce. So easy to make, just two ingredients! Always buy organic sweet potatoes because otherwise they are GM and have awful glyphosate which is bannd in other countries. Lidl had delicious chocolate-covered marzipan eggs for Easter!

Sweet potatoes look yummy 😋 Don’t know if you’ve tried it or not but watermelon and feta cheese is lush cubed and sometimes I add rocket and raspberry salad dressing to make a flavoursome and refreshing salad.

Cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon and sultanas is nice in pancakes. Caribbean style. I use to eat them when I was a kid from the Bruton’s bakery, Cardiff.

Glad you tried feta with sweet potatoes. It is a great combination. I love it as the sweet potato counters the saltier tangy feta taste. Also these videos are so wholesome. It is lovely to see ideas for small kids too. :D Surprised Orin already enjoys feta. I think it is more than okay to have a small chocolate treat once a day. :) I myself am quite partial to a chocolate covered almond. Or three. :)

Yes, you can! I freeze in batches of 4, and re-warm in the microwave, sprinkling them with some water before covering and putting in the microwave 🥰🥰
