Sehr viel Gefühl in der Runde!❤ Es ist nicht einfach so viel Geschmeidigkeit auf die Strecke zu übertragen, weil manche Stellen wirklich schwierig sind und der Grip fehlt...wäre in der Realität auch eine super Runde geworden.

What good is an ACE driver if the car is the weak link? I'm not intimidated by Mercedes (M) or Ferrari (F). 😁 I see what it takes to win and I compare that to what I see in you, the driver, the car, and the rest of the team. I analyze. Assess. Compare. Study. Research. Pursue. Speak up. Hold back. Share. laugh. Smile. Rejoice. And more. You're in the crosshairs of my 💜. I don't hide nor am I timid. God's fault. So so is your car better than M? F? Because it needs to be. I realize that's a challenge but a good team lead understands what's needed to achieve the goal 🏁. What good is an ACE driver in a B grade ship? What good is a C- driver in an ACE car? I too speak and ✍️ in generalities because I'm not handing the competition a guide to a podium finish. 😉🙃 But I see the route to get there and you're a part of that 💐 bouquet.
