I like her obvious attention to detail. The original version by New Orderr has a line that goes "when I was a very small boy, a very small boy talked to me" Sophie Ellis-Bextor has changed it to "a very small girl" which is entirely appropriate and correct but not all artists would.

Very good cover. When you're doing a cover of a New Order or Joy Division song, you don't just need a good voice (which Sophie clearly has). But you also need a great bass player. This is for the simple reason that one has to match the bass skills of Peter Hook. And Sophie seems to be well aware of that fact. Because the bass guitarist in this song is also amazing.
