So it seems you are doing low calorie, almost no carb and no fat? I've heard of high fat/ low carb and high carb/ low fat but how do you get enough energy to even work out? You look amazing! I'd love to look like you but I'm afraid I'd be a zombie😯if I ate that wzy. Is this only during prep?

Good! You must be exhausted. I’m exhausted for you😩however, you do look fire and you must be so proud of yourself! People can’t imagine how hard this type of dieting/ prep truly is and the resolve a person needs,,,,you are amazing and I hope you win!(and then eat a massive burger and fries lol)

i agree anasia93 but unfortunately they will always say its the chicken and rice and this lovely protein shake but never say what they are actually on because 1,they dont want to tell you and 2 because of the backlash of social media, supplement sponsorship, clothing sponsership etc

@@thebaron1226 so many competitors have open up about it and I don't think it's something they should be ashamed of or hide because let's be realistic if we compare her physique to a natural bodybuilder on the same category it would be very different. From the hardness of the skin etc etc...Of course it's not the gear only that matter but it's stupid to think you can achieve this physique with just diet and hard work
