It doesn't have to be that perfect. Just draw a looot of light circles until you have a thing that somewhat looks like a circle. Then sketch the middle line and chin etc. Instead of drawing it perfectly right at the first time, you make a lot of the same drawings but faster. It helps a lot!

Try with a ruler compass. Then you get a perfect circle :-) Essentially you'll learn to draw a circle :D I usually continuously draw circles on top of each other, until I have the outlines that I want. If you do that, be sure to sketch light xD
