Mascara hack - if you put normal eye drops in the tube (5 or 6 drops) and then put the brush in, give it a shake and stuff and it's like a brand new mascara!! the drops absorb any of the dried up bits of mascara in the tube. Just in-case you hadn't seen that before :) xxx

@@SophieJayne haha actually since the temperatures outside are about the same as the water’s it feels less of a shock for the body than going into cold water in the summer 🙃 Apparently the way you’re supposed to do it, is staying in the water 1 min per degree and let’s just say I’m far from being able to do that but I feel like it’s a really good challenge and pushing myself in new ways has made wonders on my mental health.
