Fashion Inspired Edible Crystals Wedding Dress Cake | Sugar Crystals and Edible Fabric Petals

In this tutorial I was once again inspired by fashion. I came across this wedding dress by @Amadea and I HAD to make it into a cake! These sparkles grabbed my attention and did not let go. So I decided to make sugar crystals and fondant petals to imitate this gorgeous dress. I hope you love it!

I use a mix of Choco-pan (by Satin Ice) and Dream Fondant for a perfectly user friendly and super delicious taste. I find this much easier to work with than Satin Ice and it tastes way better.
