I have had Mallow for a couple of weeks now and had to force myself to put it down because it's so good!! I get the most gorgeous, sweet, violet marshmallow!! And i just got Jany today and am wearing it now and oh my!! This one's a love too!! Buttery cinnamon apple pie with almond and vanilla... Oh my goodness! My first Sora Doras and they are 🔥! And both blind buys!

Yesterday Mallow moved in with me and fortunately also a sample of Jany. I am totally with you on the review! On my skin Mallow develops wonderfull powdery-sugary smell, but not too sweet. If I had to compare Mallow, it would be a love child between Insolence (Guerlain) and Rolling in Love (Kilian). Jany is a perfect scent for winter in my opinion, especially for the holiday season. A beautiful candied apple comes out on my skin. I also get a hint of buttered popcorn. Everything is just blended perfectly. If I had to compare Jany, I definitely think of Angel's Share (Kilian). If you like this scent, you can't go past Jany. And by the way I want to appreciate that you always put so much effort into the overall concept; I love your videos and love listening to you. Thank you so much!

Got SAMPLES of BOTH fragrances from LaJetee Perfumery online (& fast shipping from Florida) & like you said BOTH are different from one another. Since I have Memo - Sintra, Mallow has very similar profile, even my 12 y/o Daughter, who cares less about Mommy’s fragrances, right away said Mom, Mallow smells like your other fragrance…she was referring to SINTRA since she remembers the bottle & does NOT care for Sintra too much😅…so w/ all that said I trust her judgement, the 2 do smelll almost the same. NOW JANY is my JAM…APPLE PIE GOURMAND GOOOOODNESS😋🥧❤️ & I have nothing else that smells like it in my collection…definitely on my way to purchasing JANY💯

I have Mallow and it is not even in the same family as Bianco Latte as Mallow is a violet marshmallow and Bianco Latte is a lactonic, airy, caramel vanilla with an almost almondy feel that sometimes smells like chocolate chip cookies to me.

I am eagerly waiting for Jany to launch! But is it pretty much a buttery scent like Accident a la vanille? And amongst Mallow, Jany, and Mandorle, which one is your favourite?

Jany is an incredible gourmand but it is more complex than Accident a la VANILLE which is a straight up vanilla to my nose. It is buttery in the same sense but you get the caramelised apple and pastry accord, spice from the cinnamon and the base is an ambery musk. I can’t quite answer the second part yet as I love Mandorle and have way more experience with it. If I was to pick right this second, I would pick Mallow as I would wear this the most.

Longevity is the same for both. And you know the next question… I’m assuming that Mallow is more year round than Jany. Jany strikes me as a holiday one.

I'm wary of the brand, as of other influencer overhyped fragrances like une nuit nomade, ormonde jayne or teo cabanel. I was clever enough to sample first when it comes to Sora Dora as blind byuing would have been a terrible mistake. However, these two new releases seem to be calling my name. Thanks for the review!

I personally love both Une Nuit NOMADE and Sora Dora. I know fragrances can by hyped up a lot but it is also subjective to the individual. I always recommend sampling first, it’s the smart thing to do. I am a big fan of Mandorle from the original Sora Dora collection too. 🙏🏼

Indeed, I bought the kit of sora dora and sampled and I loved broceliande, but I figured since it kinda has a similar vibe to Lira, maybe I should stick to Mandorle, and although I sampled it I can’t get myself to wear it. Im excited for Jany though 😅

Copied from another comment I replied too. If I was to compare I would say Jany is softer and not as cloyingly sweet. Don’t get me wrong, I love Angels Share but it is quite thick and intense. Jany has a buttery smooth feeling about it and the spices are dialed down in comparison. Overall I would say it’s softer around the edges, the apple is more way prominent and you get a buttery pastry feel to it. The vanilla is more prominent too.
