As promised 🤍 Ingredients Noodles of choice - I use linguine Olive oil Butter Heavy whipping cream Chicken broth Chicken bouillon cubes (2) Protein of choice Parmesan cheese - spend the $$ here or grate your own Green onion 1 full head of garlic Spices of choice I use: Cajun seasoning Blackened seasoning Garlic powder Paprika Cayenne pepper Red chili flakes 1)Cut the top of your garlic clove to expose the inside - add olive oil, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper - wrap in foil - roast in oven on 400 for 40 minutes - let cool when you’re done 2)Pour chicken broth in pot, dilute with water, add 2 chicken bouillon cubes - stir in - add your noodles 3)While your noodles cook, cook the protein separately- same seasonings except the chili flakes - set aside - I always keep my protein separate! 4)Once noodles are done, set aside - don’t drain yet 5)In the pan you cooked your protein in; cook the sauce - yes, want to keep as much flavor as possible!! 6)Add in the entire garlic head you roasted; it’s really soft - just squeeze it out! Pour in heavy whipping cream, MORE SEASONING - all except chili flakes - bring to a simmer - keep the heat low 7)Add in your grated Parmesan cheese ( I use about 3/4 cup - while that simmers, chop your green onion - check on the sauce and stir frequently 8)Once sauce is done, add in noodles and about a quarter cup of the diluted broth you cooked the noodles in - you can drain the rest if you’d like now 9)Stir noodles in the sauce for equal distribution 10)Plate your pasta - add your protein on top then sprinkle your green onion, more cheese, now the chili flakes - you done!!

You don't add salt to make food "salty". If so, honey you've added to much. Salt helps bring out the flavors and balances them. IMO unsalted Alfredo just wouldn't be nearly as good...unless it has a salty element like crumbled bacon (yummy) to make up for the lack of salt in the pasta. At least use salted butter...
