@petrescuework-difficultcas65815 жыл бұрын
@@CrazyDutchguys I'm on birth control for over 16 years now continuously, I never had a "fail" or any sideeffect from it. The people I know that had birth control fails all didn't use the contraception pills right, like using it with antibiotics and still thinking it will work, like having sex after vomiting out the birth control pills and expecting it to work, like having diarrhea and still expecting the pill to work. If you read the instructions, you will understand what you need to do in those cases. When you take contraceptive pills, you can always double prep with a condom (which you should always do if you don't know the partner well enough). There is no way that both these methods, which are extremely safe on their own, will fail simultaneously. And yes, condoms can rip. Especially if you handle them wrong, poke through them with long fingernails, rip open the wrapper with your teeth, let it touch a zipper of the jeans, etc. If a condom rips and you aren't on any other birth control, the doctor can still give you a pill that works as a delayed birthcontrol. You just have to go to the doctor asap as there is limited time to step in action. If you just sit at home, look at the ripped condom, think "Well that sucks" and cry about it, that won't prevent a pregnancy. Now I know that not all people do have access to birth control or medical care. I am talking about the general Western population that is technically able to buy condoms, birth control pills and visit doctors.

4:18 To the childbirth gatekeeper, my mom had c-sections for both me and my sister. Both times we were late, and both times, we were too large to be birthed vaginally, otherwise, we would have killed our mom. Both times, she was in labor for twice the average time of mothers who give birth vaginally. Both times, she opted to remain awake as they sliced her abdomen open so she could see her kids' first moments in the world. And both times she remained in the hospital for 3 weeks after due to longer recovery time, risk of infection, and extensive pain. So don't talk about c-section moms being unable to "push through it all". By all accounts, she went through more shit than you did. Twice. At the end of the day, child birth, whether caesarian or otherwise, is fucking brutal and badass, and all moms should be celebrated for it.

Feminist vegans or vegan feminists, whatever the term is, argue that female animals are more heavily exploited since the dairy and egg industry relates directly to their reproductive capabilities. Hens are kept in cramped cages for their eggs and will be killed if they don't produce them. Cows are artificially inseminated in so called "rape racks" and then have their calves removed so that humans can take the milk instead. It's not wrong per se, but it ignores the fact that male chicks get unceremoniously thrown into industrial meat grinders and male calves also experience terrible conditions in factory farms if they're not culled first. Not a vegan btw, just against massive factory farms.

Honestly I kinda get this answer to the post. Cleaning up and doing regular chores in the house is the thing I struggle with a lot. In very bad phases, I can't do it at all and won't have clean dishes for like two or three months (I will buy plastic plates and cuttlery then to be able to eat). Depression has different variations. Maybe OP is mildly depressed and still able to do his chores. And the answerer has severe depression and spends his days in a darkened room laying in bed, only to leave it to go to the toilet or eat a snack, just to immediately lay down again, sleeping 20+ hours a day. Cleaning up your house then is really one if the *least* things you have "energy" for.

"Real mothers just push through it all!" yeah i miss the good ol' days when women lived up to the ripe old age of "died during childbirth" lol

Ah yes, the good old days of having 15 children in the hopes of one surviving until adulthood. I, as a 90's kid, remember those times.

If my mother had "pushed through it" and not had the emergency c-section, I would be dead. My cord was around my neck and was strangling me with every contraction.

the anti c-section argument always makes me laugh because some people have c-sections because if they didnt, the baby would DIE during childbirth. like me and my sis had to be delivered via c-section since my mom had a weird uterus and we literally could not come out. what should she have done, let us die? would she be a real mother then? lmao
@pelosuelto706 жыл бұрын
I have a deranged sister in law who delivered SIX kids without a C section, but she called me a "spoiled whiny bitch" for having a C Section for my only child. I laughed in her face about it.
@pyronei6 жыл бұрын
My mom had to have one for me because the gap in her pelvis just wasn't big enough. And these crazies can't say she didn't try cause they literally stuck a suction cap on my head and tried to yank me out. If she hadn't had the c-section, we both would have died. But yah know. "Not a real mother."

My brother’s umbilical cored was wrapped around his neck. He would have died if he didn’t have a c section
@skulllatte33526 жыл бұрын
It's the same thing here. I didn't want to leave the womb and was nearly a month late. If my Mother didn't have the c-section, I wouldn't be alive. Like, you'd prefer for a baby to die then get a c-section?
@alienillusi0n5 жыл бұрын
The C section post pissed me off so much smh. If my mom had given birth naturally, chances are both she and I would've been severely injured or died
@kwnnaaa3335 жыл бұрын
Same! It's really sad to see people believe this crap. I was born via C-section, I didn't have a problem like being to big etc. but my mom had multiple miscarriages before me and doctors thought that it would be better to get me out this way to prevent anything happen during birth... so no our mothers did not fail as mothers..they won because they did what was best for us.. I don't get this womans logic
