They will be there regardless lol 😆 😆. Nevertheless, the only thing that really bugs me about this film is Damian Wayne. Yeah I'm one of the people who dislikes Damian at least in this continuity of the direct to dvd dc films. He ranges from tolerable to insufferable, and the first half of this film he is the latter. Not to mention disrespectful, acts like he's better than everyone, and the film kind of takes his side on that rather than him really getting humbled. This series of films I think are trying to make Damian likable and go through an arc, and it seemed like we were getting there until this film which seems to regress him for the sake of the plot. Batman vs Ninja Turtles and animated Injustice are the only versions I've seen where he is likable and worthy of being a Robin. However, in these films I'm often less rooting for him to be Robin and more eager to see blue beatle blow his face off 🤷🏾‍♂. Sidnote: before people try to defend this character by brining up his backstory, just remember it explains why he is the way he is but it doesn't excuse it. Have a blessed one everyone.

It’s a young Batman show where we follow Jim Gordon navigating the corruption of Gotham with his cynical, but good natured partner, Harvey Bullock played incredibly by Donal Logue, and we see the development of Batman villains from their early years to their more comic book designs. Bruce is also a big part of the show because it starts with the death of parents and we see him become the Bruce Wayne we know and then his Batman persona. We see live action versions of Mad Hatter, Penguin, Mr Freeze, etc. it’s a very mature show. Their will be blood

The Original Teen Titans were Robin, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Aqualad, and Speedy. Later the expanded to take other young heroes under their wing like Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, and Cyborg. So when new young heroes come up, they go train with the Titans who eventually graduate up and become mentors like Starfire in this movie. It’s very X-Men.

The reason Beast Boy can turn into demons at the end is the fact that all superbeings with animal powers are tapping into a sentient force called the Red. Similarly Swamp Thing is tied to the plant consciousness known as the Green, ruled by the Parliament of Trees, the Red is the consciousness of all animal life, and is governed by the Parliament of Limbs. Just so you guys know… Cyborg wasn’t part of the original teen titans team, he was always more of a Justice League Member than a Titan (when it comes to the comics that is). The actual original Teen Titans (originally called just “Titans”) team was: - Robin (Dick Grayson) - Kid Flash (Wally West) - Aqualad (Gerth) - Wonder Girl (Donna Troy) - Speedy (Roy Harper) Basically, the original Titans team is what today we call the “Young Justice” team. Starfire, Raven, Cyborg and Beast Boy are the “New” Titans or “Teen Titans”. They also had Robin but in the comics originally it was Jason Todd not Dick Grayson.

Idk if you guys know this but the original Teen Titans with Dick Grayson Robin didn't actually include Beast Boy, Raven or Starfire. It all started with the first Robin Dick Grayson, The first Kid Flash Wally West, The First Wonder Girl or Donna Troy, Speedy Roy Harper, and the first Aqualad Garth. Im assuming they exist in this universe somewhere but Starfire was always a later addition. The Titans live action gives us the most accurate version !!!

Cyborg is a teen titan first he was created to be a titan, DC moved him to the justice league to make the league more “ diverse” in the new 52, forgetting that the John Stewart green lantern (my favourite green lantern) exists or making a new character. Beast Boy and Cyborg have had the best friendship in any comics ever. I personally always prefer beast boy with raven romantically, since it’s an opposites attract situation beast boy is happy go lucky Reven is dark and depressed it just works.

Opposite attracts that quote is just not true it doesn't work. This type of relationship usually only create uncomfortable dissonance in the End. Unlike the relationship of Damian and Raven who both of them have some similarities specially values of the two, like both of them chose to not give in with their destiny and chose their own path. Damian is just better suited with Raven supportive, Collective, beneficial, relationship. ( No hate towards who loves the ship of raven and beast boy it's just it's just doesn't work )

I like the DCAMU Teen Titans, they are different from the 2003 Titans but still pretty fun. Even if it's a bit weird how Raven used to be as old as Dick Grayson Robin and Starfire and is now only Damian's age. Funnily enough, the strongest character in the DCU was a Batman variant who took over multiple universes. Then Eclipso, then Anti Monitor, then a Shazam variant, Superwomen, and ultra boy. It's crazy that no matter what universe you go to, Batman is always the one that ends up on top, because at the end of the day, intelligence trumps any power. Also I'd probably say Connor Kent is the second strongest (superboy) because he never held back like Superman did.

Yes, as highlighted in Throne of Atlantis, Superman does canonically have a weakness to magic. And fighting Trigon is no picnic even for the entire Justice League. It was kinda weird going from the Teen Titans show to this incarnation, given how Starfire, Cyborg and Nightwing have aged up and the rest have not. Honestly I'm still on the fence about Raven and Damien, I get they're both moody loner teens but idk sometimes things are too on the nose - Beast Boy takes a fair share of stray Ls to make Damian look good too like he should not have been able to pull back from that deficit on fake DDR. Including Blue Beetle was a decent touch though, fills the Cyborg role with his powers even if they do add him in the plot for nostalgia purposes. Yes, the Blue Beetle costume is a symbiote, it's the Scarab. Jaime Reyes is the second Blue Beetle with this unique powers, its original incarnation Ted Kord (originating from the Charlton Comics that was bought by DC) was powerless and tech-based, he was shot in the head.

I really hope that you guys will still watch a few more stand-alone movies after you're done with the DCAMU. Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths is an underrated movie imo (I believe that it's included in that boxed set that you guys have), and will clear up a lot of the confusion that you guys (understandably) encounter at times about the different timelines and continuities. Plus it's just a good movie on its own too.

One thing that saddens me is the fact that you guys are not going to see Batman: Assault on Arkham, which i just found out the other day it's not part of this universe, it's part of the Arkham game series, but you should definitely see it, it's i think the best Suicide Squad movie ever. In fact, it works perfectly well as an introduction to the Suicide Squad movie that you are going to see later in this universe, which is whay i thought Suicide Squad: Hell to pay was a direct sequel to Assault on Arkham, if you decide to watch it, I cannot recommend it enough! It is what the live action should have been.

If I remember correctly, Superman whiel je doesn't exactly kill. Is one of the few heroes that if he actually has no other choice, he WILL kill who he's fighting against. He always holds back his actual strength hence why even against thsoe who're actually weaker than him, he struggles sometimes to fight unless he holds back less.
