I have to say, I'm loving the new FridgeCam format. Watching Sorted videos is kind of like my end-of-the-long-work-day comfort food, and it's made all the more comforting with all the little extra tidbits and personality that they've added on now. Also: If you wanted to crispy golden top on the fish pie, could you do all the first steps in the microwave and then, after you've added the fish, finish it off in the oven?

Easiest fudge recipe. 1 can sweetened condensed milk to 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips, microwave until melted, add nuts, marshmallows, etc. pour in a square pan and set in the fridge.
