Hello guys (I’m addressing commentators and channel viewers who live in America or Europe)! I'm interested in the question. Is it normal for ordinary families (not bloggers) to give SO MANY gifts at Christmas?! And what principles do you follow when purchasing gifts?

No. This is OVER buying. Most families can't afford even half of what she got.

I personally believe most families if they can afford to give their children a lot for Christmas they do. Myself growing up we would get one big expensive gift and then little things we would get socks. We would get clothes. We would get things that are needed throughout the year. I also think with this family because so many were in foster care and she's able to spoil them. I say go for it. Some of the kids had some really rough lies going through foster care and living in foster homes. Let them enjoy being kids as long as they can

@@debbiec6216 If anything, I didn’t want to offend anyone in any way. It’s just that in my country there is no such thing that a child will be given more than 2-3 gifts from his parents. We try to give our child 1 gift from Santa and 1 gift from us, but an expensive one and the one he dreamed of.

Despite what other people may say. It actually depends on the parents if they can afford a large amount of presents. Not everyone can afford a large amount of gifts. I know there's some judgment people in this world, it's the parents money not anyone else's if the parents want to buy a lot of gifts and can afford them it's their choice.

That’s the trouble with today. My grandsons are 7 and five they do lots of age appropriate things but they are mad on football and they already sound like teenagers just a few sort weeks it frightening how fast they grow xx

Ok that darn chicken for Zoe is beyond adorbs. Pups are worse than kids. Our two always want to help. They have to sniff, bump into gifts etc… glad someone else has helpers. Lol. So smart with the little fridges. Great idea!

I played with toys and used my imagination a lot longer than other girls my age. There is nothing wrong with Jason. Every kid is different.

I did so until I was about 17, I was still playing with toys and using my imagination a lot. I had two siblings who were a few years younger than me, and always wanted me to play toys with them. It kept me young and I don’t regret it. In fact, I’m 28 now and I miss those days a lot! It was so much fun.
