that looks mad with the seat infront of the event controller. would look really nice with a full wall. if you are just turning things on and off with event controller you can also use groups and not need a timer block unless wanted a delay. event controllers also seem bit more glitchy without using a timer block on the other hand. you could also put a small grid h2/o2 generator on small grid stuff not piped up to hide your ice you like to stash, and bottles.... that was a mad welding domino trick lol. you could add turn drain all off and on in your timer block might help.

Use the event control to control the 2nd sorter so when cargo full it turns on in suck it all out to fill with more

Once you get the component auto production set it should give time to plan for bigger things, like a larger ship or even try your hand at a mega-ship!

I automated the production of all components and some ammo too. Had the issue with nonstop production till I realised that event controller should not be set to 100% as cargo container is rarely truly 100% filled, most of the time it is 99,999% so the event controller will not trigger to stop production... as you had 15.624/15.625 in your container so it did not stop

the way i did it is a sorter into the assembler then the assembler , the cargo containers then a sorter out but the sorter in set only to iron in not drain all and sorter out only steel out and not on drain all this does cause one other problem if there's steel plates in other parts of base they are stuck there

would you be doing a sorting system like that for your ores and ingots? as you have all that big areas underneath them from your drilling.

Shouldn't the first sorter be in a seperate conveyer line to prevent back pulling?
