In our third and final video of guns picked up at the Show of Shows, we focus on some stunning German Rigs! (Rigatoni). Here we have 5 complete Luger rigs and 3 amazing P.38 rigs. These are getting harder to find, especially those with 2 matching magazines. Even if you can't afford such a piece, we hope you will find this review to be both educational and entertaining.

The second gun with the number 3103 seems oddly marked. Stamp at serial number Ku should be Kü. No German would write a "u" when he means "y". German y is written ü. Kü stands for Küsten Wache, "Coast Guard".

I can't explain the lack of the umlaut. Worn off? Factory error? fake? Still researching, but the rest of the gun seems correct. Will not sell it without describing the issue you pointed out. Thanks

I'm wondering why these Lugar holsters weren't designed for easy draw. When you open the holster to show the gun you have to flip it upside down to get the pistol out.

There's a pull strap inside the holster that lifts the gun up for easy grasping.

How could so many guns be in mint condition that were in a war?

They made a lot of them. Some never got issued or they were issued to rear echelon troops who didn’t see action so they stayed in their holsters until USGI’s came along and sent them home. 😂

Sorry Tom, but hope you’re well stocked with many magic cloths! The finish is so so thick & the markings are too faint. Also some of the original numbers are still visible under the fake markings!
