I think the highest sale price in Crystal Cove was sixty one million a few years ago on Del Mar. I think the sellers here are a little too optimistic.

In a descending state it would be worth all this, because the house is spectacular! However... For democRATs' California, half the price is still too expensive!

Lol, having the gym-to -the dinning table doesn't work for controlling the appetite, it does the opposite. You can chose to wo after a meal and only encourages overeating.
