The one their talking about is Mini Maggit, aka the one blemish on a perfect album, aka the song they were forced to write by their label to have something "radio ready" on White Pony. This is why there were multiple versions of the album: so they could appease the label by putting that song on one version while not compromising their vision on the others.

the bro crush energy in this video gives me joy, "the wallet chain is back, and it's pissed" 😂 edit: you're right it is gothic in the style of suger but Nathalie Imbruglia's Torn can be contextualized in a medieval catholic theme, easily. "I'm all out of faith, this is how I feel", this wasn't tween. This was the period of music with Jewel and Dido to soften the 'rebel grrrl' sound of the 90s I think what makes skaters like Nguyen and Anderson interesting is they didn't bow to cultural pressure in their learning progression and allowed themselves to develop intuitively in an autodidactic manner.
