i decided to bake something today becasue it is a Tadin kyut holiday and don't really have something to do. So I searched 'how to make fluffy cakes' and found this. So i baked for the first time in my life and it turns out very delicious and fluffy (no exaggeration). So I'm grateful for your video and thank you.❤ There is also kinda like a pudding layer at the bottom , which makes it even more delicious. When i made it, i did not use aluminium foil and instead i used plastic wrap. i don't know if that's the reason.

Hi Nino! 1st of all thanks for the recipe. As soon as I saw this video pop up in my recommendation, I immediately rushed to my kitchen and searching for the ingredients. All complete except I only had 4 eggs. Nevermind, I just proceed with the baking with my 4 eggs and I put more than 2 tbsp of lemon juice. The come out was FANTASTIC. Still soft, jiggly and very nice taste with aromatic of lemon!

I made this tonight and it turned out wonderfully! It was a little denser on the bottom, so I probably needed to mix better, but the texture and taste was light and custardy. I had it with freshly whipped cream and strawberries and it was fantastic! It was surprisingly easy once I dug up my kitchen scale too lol. Great recipe, thanks!

I made this cake with a few altercations: I added 10g more butter and around 50g milk because it was way too thick after I added the dry ingredients in. I also used skim milk so maybe that’s the reason why; I didn’t check in on the cake until 40 minutes later and it turned out that the top isn’t brown at all.So I turned it to 350 for 15 mins and 400 for 10 mins and they came out perfect!! I didn’t wrap the bottom tight enough so a little water leaked in but it was barely noticeable :)) will do this again!!
