Liked the comment, - the correct response to Abuse [of gifts of Spirit, etc], is not Disuse, but teaching the correct Use ! Paul corrected the Corinthians concerning the abuse of the over abundance of gift of tongues and interpretation of tongues in a church service, he taught them that they should limit them to no more than 3 per service, it seems like most churches have chosen to teach that its wrong for the gifts to be used in church, they have chosen disuse for fear of abuse. The CMA teaches the the gifts are still available, yet when is the last time there has been a tongues and an interpretation in a church service? Paul says it’s appropriate to have three per service, the gifts are important for many reasons, are we afraid of the Holy Spirit, or the gifts to be in operation? are we so afraid of disuse that the gifts can only be used occasionally behind closed doors? What can be done to see and experience the power , deliverance, of God in our regular services?

Listen to what the Holy Spirit is speaking to you instead of some “expert” telling you Harry Potter is fine. Doesn’t sound like sound biblical doctrine to me.

We're free already, don't need to buy Reimer's books to enrich him, just need Christ, repentance, prayer, and sound doctrine and theology. Run far away from Reimer everyone, run towards Jesus!

That's funny... deliverance helped me and his book helped me heal through certain areas of my life. The problem with you people is that when you say all these things but you don't explain how to do it or how to deal with spiritual side of things. "Just pray more! Just read your Bible more!" People have told me that and that didn't release me from all the invasive thoughts of the enemy or the strongholds.
