Felix Nelson is eager to begin his new job as the Service Manager at Ocean Auto Sales. After being introduced to one of his colleagues, Gary, things take a toxic turn. Gary feels that Felix has not earned his position and plans to get him fired. Unfortunately for Gary, his plans are blow up in his face resulting in him losing his job instead.

This video is very good at illustrating how discriminating an employee can be towards female leadership and BIPOC colleague. Gary's overall attitude and language clearly would not be accepted by any male leadership; yet, when speaking with his female leadership his entire demeanor - both nonverbal and verbal - become defensive and belligerent. Right at the beginning when she introduced him to the new guy, he stated that he didn't know she was hiring him - suggesting that he needed to be in on that decision. Hinting that the Felix is a "diversity hire" 🙄states that he doesn't need to hear what either one of them has to say and then he attempts to end the meeting - which he is not over.
