Mean Manager Pushes Handicap Man Down The Stairs. Then This Happens

Terrance is at an antique store looking for furniture for his new house, when he is approached by the store's owner, Mr. Ellsbury. Immediately, the owner is skeptical that this handicap man can afford any of the pieces in his store, so he points Terrance to the sale section. After looking for a while, Terrance finds a few things he likes. However, Mr. Ellsbury denies the sale and demands that he leaves the store immediately. When Terrance refuses and questions him further, this evil store owner pushes him down the stairs.

I haven't experienced it, but I've heard of some stories, believable and unbelievable where managers were hostile to nice/cool customers because of a disability or if they asked for a corrected order.
