so glad he's still around,he's always got the biggest smile when he's behind the kit. Watching him play a couple songs with GNR a couple years back warmed the icy shell off of my bitter black heart.

The demand of the music life is to hard for most folk. Therefore turn to drugs to try and make it. We'd probably be amazed if the people in the music industry were honest. I'd say the percentage is pretty high

Never under rated by me, I worked with him as a photographer in 2006 and I was blown away because he totally nailed it. Guns n Rose's are stupid now getting him back in the fold, he is more than capable and what this incarnation of gnr is sadly missing.

Few drummers have the groove Steven Adler has, the drums sound and groove in appetite for destruction should be a matter of study, when matt came in as a replacement, guns and roses lost that thick sound of previous records (even thou matt is a highly technical drummer) thats why in the ilusions albums "civil war" sounds so different from the other songs, it was the only song with Steven Adler on drums and its probably one of the best out of the whole records, and his snare, man i've been trying to replicate his snare sound for years, one of a kind no doubt, so good to see him enjoying music a touring with his band, sure the old days took its toll on him, but a man always have the cappacity of overcome difficult situations and stand victorius.

Frank Muusz lmfao! i thought the same. maybe he just a bit outta practice. we all let go from time to time. but you may be right about needing a different pair. the type of sticks are very important to a drummer. playing on the wrong ones can feel clumsy and awkward. you just wouldnt expect a drummer of stevens caliber to be knocking his sticks together so much.
